The position of SUPERVISOR demands a full-time leader to be on campus for day-to-day operations. Elmer’s sole responsibility is to the residents and businesses of Warren Township without and outside conflicts of interest. Elmer is and has answered emergency needs at the campus 24/7 as first contact for after hours emergencies.
- Maintains a full-time, 40+ hour weekly commitment to township duties
- Holds regular town hall meetings to address resident concerns
- Responds promptly to inquiries and feedback from residents and businesses
- Implements policies based on community input and data-driven insights
- Advocates for transparency through public reporting and updates
- Remains available during weekends and evenings for urgent needs
